HusAar consists of four young men, each working professionally in the music business in their own right: organist, singer and choir conductors. Rooted in some of the finest amature choirs Denmark has to offer, they met back in 2017 and HusAar was born. They instantly fell madly in love with the barbershop style, with all its energetic humor, showmanship and, not to forget, lots of ringable dominant 7th chords. Through the years, they have competed and sung alongside some of Europe’s finest barbershop quartets in countries such as Holland, Ireland as well as Sweden, where they placed 2nd in both the European Barbershop Convention in 2022 and in SNOBS 2023.
