Ami Quartet are a fresh, exciting and award-winning mixed vocal quartet from Birmingham, UK. Consisting of four friends who met at the University of Birmingham singing under the baton of Bob Chilcott, AQ thrills audiences with a unique brand of a cappella singing that spans barbershop, jazz, and choral repertoire.
Since forming in early 2023, the group have performed in a range of venues across the UK, including concerts alongside the City of Birmingham Symphony Chorus, MaleVox, and Second City Sound. In May 2024, AQ became BABS Youth Quartet Champions and in June 2025 became LABBS Youth Quartet Champions. They are also attracting increasing attention online, where they have amassed 25,000 followers (and counting) across their social media platforms.
